Instructions on the Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for a period of fourteen days.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email.
You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to submit your notice of withdrawal through our electronic withdrawal function before the withdrawal period expires, or to send your notice concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal by one of the alternative methods described above before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
