1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store. Our online store is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or independent professional activity.
A trader is a natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, who or which enters into a legal transaction in the course of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of the Contract and Correction of Input Errors

By displaying products in our online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for those products.
You may initially place products in your shopping cart without obligation. Before submitting your binding order, you may correct your entries at any time by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products contained in your shopping cart by clicking the order button.
Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
3. Contract Languages and Storage of the Contract Text
The following languages are available for the conclusion of the contract:

We store the contract text and send you the order information and our General Terms and Conditions in text form.
For security reasons, the contract text will no longer be accessible online after the order has been completed.
4. Delivery Conditions
Delivery Options
We deliver the products to the delivery address provided during the ordering process.
We deliver products by shipping only. Unfortunately, collection of goods from our premises is not available.
We do not deliver to DHL Packstations.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our online store.
Cash Payment on Collection
You pay the invoice amount in cash when collecting the goods.
Credit Card
You enter your credit-card information during the ordering process. Your card will be charged immediately after you submit your order.
SEPA Direct Debit
By submitting your order, you grant us a SEPA direct-debit mandate.
We will inform you of the date on which your account will be debited at least one banking business day in advance. This is known as prenotification.
A banking business day is any working day other than Saturdays, nationwide public holidays in Germany, and 24 and 31 December of each year.
Your account will be debited before the goods are dispatched.
PayPal and PayPal Express
To pay the invoice amount through the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, log in using your account credentials and confirm the payment instruction.
The payment transaction will be carried out by PayPal immediately after you submit your order. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.
PayPal may offer additional payment methods within the PayPal account to registered PayPal customers selected according to PayPal’s own criteria.
We have no influence over whether these additional payment methods are offered. Any individually offered payment methods concern your legal relationship with PayPal. Further information is available in your PayPal account.
6. Statutory Warranty Rights and Additional Guarantees

Information about any additional guarantees that may apply, together with their exact conditions, can be found alongside the relevant product and on dedicated information pages within the online store.
7. Dispute Resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
